ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Agency Associate for Gabe Gomez State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive insurance options.
  • Provide simple conversations with clients to meet their insurance needs

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Licensed in Property& Casualty
  • Licensed in Life & Health
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required


 
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
